Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the package’s weight.
In Italy, shipping is free for orders over €70.
All products are delivered within approximately 5-7 business days from the time of processing. Delivery times are approximate, and unfortunately, for shipments outside of Italy, delays often occur that are beyond our control.
Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days, except for phone cases, which take longer (15 to 17 days) due to customization based on the phone model. During busy periods, order processing may be delayed.
Any additional customs or storage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If the package is confirmed as delivered with tracked shipping, the buyer assumes full responsibility for any theft or loss of the order. The customer is directly responsible if the package is returned to the sender, and in this case, the shipment can be rescheduled with the applicable additional costs.
Products can be returned (if unused and intact) within 14 days from the delivery date. Shipping costs are borne by the customer, and a refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Contact the shop’s assistance page before proceeding with the return. Product exchanges are not possible under any circumstances.
All artworks, before being shipped, are packed in boxes created with professional materials that ensure maximum protection during transport. In addition, insurance is provided in case the work is damaged by any unforeseen events, or does not arrive at its destination.
